These Terms of Service govern your use of houseofguilty.com and shop.houseofguilty.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through the Site.

The Site is operated by Stabl Nutrition Pty Ltd (ABN 31 674 471 553), trading as House of Guilty ("we", "us", "our"). Registered office: 275 Bingley Way, Wamboin NSW 2620.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We sell premium non-alcoholic soda for personal consumption. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may change without notice. Colours may vary slightly from photographs.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation email.

We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, pricing was incorrectly listed, or we cannot verify payment.

3. Payment

Payment is processed by Shopify Payments. We do not store your full payment card details. By submitting payment information, you warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method.

4. Shipping

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy, which operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, design, and the House of Guilty name — is owned by Stabl Nutrition Pty Ltd or licensed to us, and protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to reproduce or scrape its content for commercial use.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
