Refund policy

This Policy sets out when we offer refunds and replacements. It operates alongside — and does not limit — your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your Consumer Law Rights

Under Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at contact@houseofguilty.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Faulty Product

If a product is faulty or does not match its description, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, including on opened or partially consumed product. Please consider your order carefully before purchasing.

How to Make a Claim

Email contact@houseofguilty.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos where relevant

We will respond within 3 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
