We ship within Australia only.

Processing

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Carrier and Timeframes

We ship via Australia Post. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

These timeframes are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat shipping rate, shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, contact us at contact@houseofguilty.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at your cost.
